What This System Does
The Procurement AI Cockpit analyzes your inventory data to identify items at risk of stockout. It calculates risk levels, generates order recommendations, and tracks changes over time to help you make informed procurement decisions.

Key Concepts
Coverage Days
How many days of demand your current stock can cover.
Risk Level
CRITICAL = stockout in ≤14 days, WARNING = ≤28 days, OK = healthy.
Recommendation
Suggested order quantity to reach target coverage.
Basic Workflow

Open the Work Queue
This is your main dashboard showing all items sorted by risk level. Critical items appear first.

Review Critical Items
Use filters to focus on CRITICAL or CHANGED items. Check the coverage days and recommended quantity.

View Item Details
Click the eye icon to see detailed charts, risk metrics, and the stock projection before and after the recommended order.

Take Action
Based on the recommendation, create a purchase requisition in SAP or adjust the planning parameters if needed.
